How to Join or Renew

Step 1 — Complete the Membership Application

Fill out the application form below, indicating whether you’re joining for the first time or renewing your membership.

Step 2 — Send Your Membership Fee

After submitting the form, send your annual membership fee, along with any optional donation, by Interac e-Transfer to:

Please include your name in the e-Transfer message so we can match your payment with your application.

Your membership registration is complete once payment has been received.
